Tournament Details:

Our “Master” guarantee: We will always have a player of National Master Level (2200 USCF Rated or higher) competing in our Master Trek tournaments. We guarantee it!

6 Levels: 1000-1199, 1200-1399, 1400 to 1699, 1700 to 1899, 1900 to 2099 and 2100 & up. 4 rounds: Swiss System. G/60 or 55 minutes with the 5-second time delay. 1/2 point bye for any one round if notified prior to event. Sets and boards provided. Must bring and play with clock.

ACE Chess Staff (the Tournament Director) reserves the right to merge the 1900 to 2099 section and the 2100 & up in the event that not enough players are registered in either section.

NOTE: The Master Trek tournaments are for experienced tournament players! Parents registering a child rated under 1000 USCF should be prepared for tough games and a serious tournament environment. All players 2100 & Up:
$20 by May 15th, $23 by May 17th, $25 on site. All players rated 2050-2099 must pay $30 to play up.

Note: Registration and check in by 8:45am Saturday morning.

Awards:

Trophies to top five places in 1000-1199, 1200 to 1399, 1400 to 1699, 1700 to 1899. Trophies to top three places in 1900 to 2099. No trophies in the 2100 & up section. Must win 2 games to possibly receive a trophy.
