  1. John H. Says:

I have never played in a rated live tournament before, so I have no rating. Can I join anyway? If so, which rating level should I choose?

  2. Daniel Rensch Says:

Sorry, but we can’t allow unrated players to compete in our class sections. There are other events around the valley — try the Chess Emporium on 32nd Street and Shea on Friday Nights, as well as Bookman’s in Mesa for rated games… Thanks!

when I try to register online, the process jams during Paypal. Do I need to redo the registration.

    Joanne,

Make sure you don’t have pop-blockers on! Also, we suggest using FireFox (Mozilla). What web browser are you using?
