<p>Although the feedback was generally very positive about the location     of the August 14th Trek, due to logistical reasons we will not be     able to host any further Master Trek tournaments at the Hyatt. <a href="../category/complete-schedule/">ALL       Master Treks for the remainder of the year</a> will be held at ASU     &#8212; PSA 118 Building. We apologize for the inconvenience&#8230;</p>
<p>Please join us on S<a href="../events/complete-schedule/master-trek-gpc-91110/">eptember       11th for the Master Trek </a>at ASU. IM Dionisio Aldama will be     competing in the top section, along with all the regular Trekkers!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The purpose of the Showdown is to provide ambitious players with the chance to compete against Master Level competition in a serious tournament environment. Each player will have the opportunity to review their games amongst the titled players throughout each day of play.</p>
<h4>Round Times:</h4>
<p>Saturday February 27<sup>th</sup>: Rd1 – 9am; Rd2 – 1pm; Rd3 – 5:00pm. Sunday February 28<sup>th</sup>: Rd1 – 9am; Rd2 – 1pm; Rd3 – 4:30pm.</p>
<h4>Details:</h4>
<p>USCF Rated. 6 Rounds. Game in 90-minutes. Must be 1800 Rated to Register. Slots may be held for players rated 1700+ upon full deposit of entry fee (refunded if player doesn’t compete in the event).</p>
