<p>Although the feedback was generally very positive about the location     of the August 14th Trek, due to logistical reasons we will not be     able to host any further Master Trek tournaments at the Hyatt. <a href="../category/complete-schedule/">ALL       Master Treks for the remainder of the year</a> will be held at ASU     &#8212; PSA 118 Building. We apologize for the inconvenience&#8230;</p>
<p>Please join us on S<a href="../events/complete-schedule/master-trek-gpc-91110/">eptember       11th for the Master Trek </a>at ASU. IM Dionisio Aldama will be     competing in the top section, along with all the regular Trekkers!</p>
<p>The <a href="http://arizonascorpionchess.com/" target="_blank">Arizona Scorpions</a> are 2-0 to start the 2010 US Chess League Season. NEXT MATCH:     Tuesday, September 7th at Abstrax in Mesa. Come out and watch some     competitive chess by the best players in the state of Arizona!</p>

<p><em><strong>The 2010 Copper State International, presented by Abstrax Inc came to a close on Wednesday June 9th in Mesa, Arizona. The tournament ended in the same way that it started: “Fighting Chess” on boards one through twenty! It seemed that every participant had something to play for down the stretch. Whether it was first place and prize money, norms, or pride — the event began with 40 players and ended with 40 players — not a single player withdrew&#8230;</strong></em></p>
